Refunds
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item has passed quality inspection.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Tanzeel Mart will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to any other reason (such as change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
