  • Our team will provide instructions and guide you through the return process.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item has passed quality inspection.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Tanzeel Mart will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to any other reason (such as change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
